Our principal expert, Vanessa Winspeare has specialised in forensic accounting since 1995. Vanessa qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 as an auditor before moving in to forensic accounting. She a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Whilst specialising as a forensic accountant Vanessa has gained a vast knowledge and experience of different types of claims and industries. She has given evidence in the High Court and Country Courts on numerous occasions as well as at International arbitrations. She has also attended mediations and negotiated accountancy specific points in side meetings.
Vanessa adopts a proactive approach to claims and has provided assistance when preparing requests for disclosure or issues surrounding the claim. You can expect market leading expertise from our experts who are able to provide original solutions in financial matters.
Vanessa is experienced in the mechanics of the Civil Procedure Rules and often acts as an advisor, pre-action, to identify the basis of a dispute and to assist in planning a practical resolution.
